Elite Finish Auto Spa offers a range of professional automotive services, including auto detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, window tinting, paint protection film (PPF), and RV detailing. Prices can change depending on your vehicle's size, condition, and the services you choose. The prices you see online or in quotes are just estimates. The final cost might be different after we inspect your vehicle or depending on the work needed. We can also change prices and services whenever we need to, without giving notice.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by reaching out to us before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with appropriate notice will not incur any fees. But if you cancel too late or miss your appointment without letting us know, we may charge a cancellation fee or limit future bookings.

We also have the right to cancel any appointment for reasons like unavailable services, incorrect information, or suspected fraud. If we need to cancel, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and issue a refund if needed.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. If you have a problem with a service you have received, you may get in touch with us directly so we can review your case and offer guidance. 

Deposits

Some services, like multi-step paint correction or ceramic coating, might need a deposit to book your appointment. Deposits are applied to your final bill for services and are non-refundable when an appointment is canceled without the required notice. Deposits help us secure time slots for serious customers and allocate our professional staff accordingly.

Remedies

You agree that Elite Finish Auto Spa does not offer compensation, refunds, or corrective action in the event of dissatisfaction with service results, unless required by law. If a breach of these Terms arises, your sole remedy is to pursue dispute resolution as provided under the section titled “Governing Law, Severability, Dispute Resolution, and Venue.”

This limitation of remedy is a key condition of using our services and applies to all purchases.
